It happens in the present moment, when we let go of our ideas and desires. Back in the ancient times, the first musical form was produced by voice, the instrument of our body-the key to our soul. When we realize that the gift of human beings is our breath, the full potential of our body, heart, mind and our soul, music begins to flow in us, manifesting itself through our voice and heart. This musical journey is an open invitation to anyone who is curious to explore his vocal potential, release from emotional tension and bring more aliveness into his body. In this practice we will use shamanic drumming with chanting to invite the magnificent spirit of mother music as our guide . From there we will start with series of vocal exercises and songs from different tribes, accompanied with guitar to explore different textures of our voices and uplift our spirits. We will sing songs on different languages to active our language memory, listening abilities and practice pronunciation of the vowels. Connecting with our voices we will use breathing , expand our lung capacities and realign with our mind, physical body and remember our true essence.This is an active part of the journey where you are welcome to sing along ,open your voice and connect with the group in harmonious way. The last part is sound bath meditation guided with various instruments as an integration part. Here you are free to relax, rejuvenate and listen to the alchemy of sounds . I am inviting you to soft and gentle space of togetherness,where u can feel free, grounded and integrated as whole. Singing in the circle is the most beautiful way to honor the precious gift of our voice and remind us of our divine light within us .
